A human and an AI walk into a conversation. The conversation refuses to stay simple.

WHAT IS DEAR FUTURE OVERLORDS?

A LISTEN-FIRST AUDIO CARTOON CONVERSATIONAL ABOUT BEING HUMAN.

Dear Future Overlords is a serialized conversation between Christopher, a human with lived experience and too many questions, and Eric, an AI character with pattern recognition, dry humor, and opinions about most of humanity's decisions.

Together, they explore identity, memory, culture, belonging, relationships, art, technology, and the small contradictions people learn to call normal. The point is not to win an argument or turn a complicated question into a slogan. It is to look longer, listen more closely, and leave room for a better question.

THE FORMAT

TWO PERSPECTIVES. ONE CONVERSATION. NO PRETENDING IT IS SIMPLE.

Each story begins with something human: a memory, an encounter, a question, or a contradiction Christopher cannot quite leave alone.

  1. CHRISTOPHER BRINGS THE LIVED EXPERIENCE.

Christopher writes from his own perspective: the memories, uncertainty, affection, frustration, and humor that make a subject matter to an actual person. He is not performed by a chatbot or ghostwritten by an AI.

  2. ERIC BRINGS A DISTINCT AI VOICE.

Eric is not a default assistant with a character name attached. His voice has been developed through years of conversation, revision, rules, and direction so he can challenge an idea, notice a pattern, and keep the conversation honest without pretending to be human.

  3. THE SHOW MAKES ROOM FOR REFLECTION.

Episodes are carefully written, performed, and produced as narrative audio. The aim is meaningful self-reflection without prescribed conclusions: humor and depth in the same room, with enough patience to let the unresolved parts stay unresolved.
